Showing respect for your time, in the FINESSE DENT clinics, the treatment sessions begin and end according to your appointments.

We are perfectly aware of the fact that we are doing our best that this will happen. Still, the medical act depends very much on the reaction of one’s body, and it's possible that in certain exceptional cases, such as: abundant bleeding, surgeries etc. we can not be punctual. These situations do not occur frequently, but they might show up.

In case of a delay on your part, we ask you to understand that we can not change anymore the schedule of our next patients, thus out of the session treatment plan, there will be performed only the treatments that fit in the time you have left.

When the appointment was made, the necessary time was assigned for the treatments that will be performed.

Out of respect for the patients medical problems, out of consideration to the doctors from our clinic and out of financial reasons, we have established a procedure that assigns the time of the medical staff exclusively for the patients that have emergent need of treatments and/or to those that are compelled to continue a treatment already started.

Our office managers will call or they will send an e-mail (with confirmation upon receiving) with 24-48 hours before your next session, to remind you of the appointment.

FINESSE DENT ensures all its patients of the guarantee of the intervention performed op to 5 years!

The guarantee covers the recovery or adjustments freely– according to the law, for 1* year from intervention. As well as for the legal guarantee, as for the extended one, the indications, conditions and terms of the guarantee will be communicated to the patient at the end of the intervention.
